All bookings must be made through our official website.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected service.

Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

 

2. Campsite Use and Conduct

Guests must follow all posted guidelines and instructions from staff.

Activities that endanger other guests, wildlife, or the environment are strictly prohibited.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. FirstContact.Africa is not liable for lost or stolen items.

 

3. Safety and Liability

While we take every reasonable measure to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, guests enter and use the campsite facilities at their own risk.

FirstContact.Africa is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of facilities, failure to follow safety instructions, or natural conditions.

 

4. Modifications and Cancellations

Guests may request booking changes subject to availability.

FirstContact.Africa reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of severe weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

If a booking is cancelled by us, guests will receive a full refund.
