Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Our goal is to provide fair and transparent refund terms for all guests.

 

1. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

 

Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival may qualify for a full refund.

 

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before arrival may qualify for a 50% refund.

 

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival are generally non-refundable.

 

 

 

2. No-Show Policy

 

Guests who do not arrive for their booking without prior notice will not receive a refund.

 

 

 

3. Cancellations by FirstContact.Africa

 

If we must cancel a booking due to weather, safety, or operational issues, guests will receive a full refund or may choose an alternative date.

 

 

 

4. Experiences and Add-Ons

 

Refunds for guided tours or add-on equipment follow the same schedule unless cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund applies.
